Bridge, Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch On a New Year's day exploration of the under regions of George Stephenson's famous Victorian railway bridge, members of Parking Non-Stop chanced upon a piece of derelict rusting marine machinery. When coaxed into activity, it provided just the right kind of creaking rhythms to fit in with the collective's "rural industrial" aesthetic. A recording was immediately made and used as the basis of a new piece of music. |
